My internship at Empirical Logic was one of the most transformative professional experiences of my career. From day one, I was entrusted with high-impact responsibilities, allowing me to contribute meaningfully to real consulting engagements and develop strong strategic and analytical skills.

A key highlight was working on a large-scale consulting engagement, where I contributed to a 3-Year Operating Plan (2027–2029) and built integrated financial models across the P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. I also developed scenario planning frameworks to support leadership decisions on investments, hiring, and cost optimization, and presented directly to the CEO and CFO.

I also worked on analytics-driven initiatives, building CEO/CFO dashboards tracking 25+ KPIs using Power BI and automation.

What truly stands out is the culture of ownership, intellectual rigor, and mentorship, which significantly accelerated my learning and professional growth.

Working at Empirical Logic was a truly enriching experience. As a Finance Intern, I had the opportunity to work on real client engagements – analysing financial data, building dashboards, and generating insights that supported strategic decision-making. What stood out most was the organization’s flat hierarchy and the level of ownership given to individuals, which allowed me to take initiative and contribute meaningfully.
