• Advisory Nature: Our services are advisory in nature. While we strive for excellence through empirical data and logical frameworks, the final business decisions and their implementation remain the sole responsibility of the client.
• No Guarantee of Results: We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, investment success, or market performance, as these are subject to external variables beyond our control.

• Our Content: All content on this website, including our proprietary frameworks (Scale, Engage, Focus, Journey), logos, text, and designs, is the intellectual property of Empirical Logic. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without prior written consent.
• Work Product: Unless otherwise agreed in a specific Service Agreement, all methodologies and frameworks used during a consulting engagement remain the property of Empirical Logic. Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their internal business purposes.

Both parties agree to treat all non-public information, financial data, and business strategies exchanged during the engagement as strictly confidential. This is particularly vital for our Investment Banking (IB) and FP&A service offerings.

To the fullest extent authorised by applicable law, neither Empirical Logic nor its founding partners shall be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or revenue) caused by your use of our advisory services or reliance on the information provided on our website.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when reaching out for consultations. Any misuse of the website, including attempting to breach security measures or scraping data, is strictly prohibited.

These terms are regulated by, and shall be interpreted under, the statutory laws and mandates of Karnataka/India. Any legal disagreements arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and judicial oversight of the courts in Bangalore.
